She has 25 years of corporate leadership experience. Ms. Cotter-Lockard has coached dozens of people with the SQ21 Assessment, is certified to coach with the EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intellegence) assessment and is also trained to coach with the Leadership Maturity Assessment Profile developed by Susann Cook-Greuter.
