As a coach I am adept at helping others see the connections between their talents, their actions and their successes. I challenge my clients to consider seriously what they are willing to do on their own behalf in all aspects of their lives – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – while taking them on an intra-personal journey that is informative, transformative and even fun. I bring a highly diversified background to bear to my practice – as a Master Integral Coach™, a certified SQ21 Coach, an accredited PULSE mediator, an Emotional Fitness Coach and Instructor, a Reiki Master, and a Tai Chi instructor. I have degrees in Anthropology (Athabasca University) and East Asian Studies (University of Calgary) which, along with my experience, stretches and informs my perspective about what is and what can be.
